Michigan Gets IRS Tax Extension to June 17 Due to Storms Currently, this includes Eaton, Ingham, Ionia, Kent, Livingston, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland and Wayne counties. Individuals and households that reside or have a business in these localities qualify for tax relief.
