Update: Filing Extension deadline is January 13, 2025!

Beneficial Ownership Information Report (BOIR) is required by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and applies to most U.S. businesses. The deadline for filing is January 1st, 2025, and failure to file can result in penalties of up to $500 per day - don't wait, file with us now!

This winter we had the pleasure of hosting a High School intern from Eastern Christian as part of their WINGS program. It was a great experience for all!

The high school WINGS program, EC’s work internship program, has expanded to include 86 business partners.

“The mission of WINGS is to help students explore their post-high school plans in a very non-threatening, low-commitment environment. It’s like a taste test. Some students get a taste and say ‘never’, other students walk away sure this is exactly what they want to do,” says Alisa Engelhard, WINGS program director. “I’m really grateful for our partners because they provide our students an opportunity to see ethical business. Three of our students this semester have been offered jobs and that’s a tribute to the good fit of this program.”
