Mikhail Zadoyen established Mikhail Zadoyen Income Tax Inc. in 1996. He began as a solo tax preparer and eventually grew into a full-service accounting firm that caters to domestic and international businesses of all sizes.

Larisa Zadoyen & Yelena Zadoyen have inherited this firm from the late Mikhail Zadoyen, in November 2017, keeping the name of the business the same in his honor. The level of amazing service our clients have come to expect from Mikhail Zadoyen Income Tax Inc. has not changed with the help of some new faces. We continue to provide all the services that Mikhail did as well as bring more new and exciting services for our clients.
