Congratulations to CAPI USA on opening the doors to their newly expanded Immigrant Opportunity Center!

The $11.5 million, 16,050 sq ft expansion brings a larger food shelf, a technology resource center and community garden space under one roof for the immigrant and refugee families CAPI serves every day.

This is not another milestone, but a project that will create real impact, with 75 projected jobs, support for 20 small businesses and service to more than 5,000 residents.

More of our team now lives outside Minnesota than in it.

Crossing this line is a milestone we are proud of, and a reminder that the best teams are built on who people are, not where they live.

We started here in 2004, back when hiring meant staying within driving distance.

People had to commute to the office, or a client, and geography set the boundaries.

Then the work changed. Cloud accounting, secure file sharing, and video calls let both sides work closely together without sharing an office.

Little by little, we have brought on remarkable people from across the country.
