👷‍♂️👷‍♀️After a long spring and summer of road construction, Madison Street behind our building is open! The parking spaces on 1st Ave are also open🚗🛻🚛

Please note the new "One Way" stretches that affect one city block in-between Main and Madison Streets.

MADISON ST. TO OPEN TODAY! (10/6/2026). Your patience during this project has paid off. Madison St. will be open to traffic this afternoon. (Whoo Hoo!!)

CHANGES IN TRAFFIC PATTERNS: Madison St remains two way. 1st Ave, 2nd Ave. W and 4th Ave. W have been changed to one-way for one block (between Main St. and Madison St.) to help with traffic flows and patterns. Each intersection and avenue have been well marked. Please follow the signs.

🎶🎵🎷🎺 Have an old instrument tucked away in a closet? Not sure what to do with it? Not sure if it needs a little love to be restored to playing condition? 🥁🎼🎶

Our office is pleased to partner with the Durand-Arkansaw Band Program to serve as a drop-off location for their instrument drive! All instruments dropped off at our office this week will be delivered to the middle & high school band director! 🎵🎶🎼

Receipts will be given for tax purposes.

All instruments dropped off at our office next week will be delivered to the middle & high school band director! 🎵🎶🎼

The Durand-Arkansaw Band Program is hosting its first ever instrument drive! If you have a used instrument sitting at home, we invite you to donate it to the Durand-Arkansaw Band Program! Any instrument, any condition!

Repairs of these used instruments will be sponsored by Sponsored by Brent Titus Foundation Music for Kids.

This is a great opportunity to put those instruments that may have not been played in a while to good use!

Dates, times, and locations of the donation drive are listed below:
Durand-Arkansaw Band Room-August 24th, 2026 12pm-6pm (Same date and time as open house)

Sundstrom and Company-August 25th-27th, 2026 8am-4:30pm

💲💰In July, the IRS announced a mid-year increase to the standard mileage rates. This off-cycle increase is in response to rising fuel costs.

🚗🚙For those who claim mileage as an expense on their tax returns, you will need to separate your mileage logs into 2 distinct periods: January 1 to June 30 and July 1 to December 31
