Carmichael, Brasher, Tuvell & Company has sought and held contracts with the Inspector General’s offices of numerous Federal agencies since inception. Carmichael is the only non-government official to receive the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General’s Integrity Award.
