Important tax news
🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨As per the IRS, the sooner you file your taxes the better. As they expect to see long delays for refunds within the next few weeks into the season. They are down 20k employees, and most likely this means if your return doesn’t go through an automated system it may end up on someone’s desk for months! Keep in mind they are also still working on the backlog for the last season. Get your taxes done now‼️
How do you avoid delays⁉️
✅Ensure you can back up any credits you’re claiming!
✅Ensure you’re filing all your tax forms that have been reported to irs
✅Ensure your deductions and losses are reasonable
✅Ensure your identity has been verified
✅Ensure you’re claiming your own dependents
✅Ensure you hire a professional to handle your return this year
You wanna avoid as many red flags as possible so that your return doesn’t fall into the hands of an agent who is overworked and really doesn’t have the time to process quickly‼️
This is not the year for DIY‼️👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
