I gotta share this. While getting signed to the roster, or that of another NFL team would have been AWESOME, this is still cool! Way to go MAX!!!

Yes, it's Mother's Day. For the first time, mine isn't here for her annual Colorado trip to visit Shirley and Tay. She didn't wear a cape. She did, however, sacrifice so that her children could have what they needed. We were loved. We were taught in and out of the classroom. When we needed help, she was there. Thank you, Momma Rita, for being the woman and family leader you were. Love, always......

Listening to a show on Sirius this morning and the host brought up a story when he lived outside of Montreal. Naturally, that brought me to this. Sharing fun moments with family was a part of growing up. Remember the frog legs?

Good morning. After a wonderful family dinner and a few hours of sleep, I've had time to reflect a little. The tax returns can wait. I appreciate the kind words about Mom. She appreciated the messages, prayers, and visits. Thank you.
I am fortunate to have the family I have. Through the drama and the trauma, there was family. There was love. That is Mom's legacy. We share moments with each other in part to the family traditions like New Year's Day gatherings and picnics. When Pop's mom was alive, we went to Church as a family then to Grandma Soledad's for a Sunday meal. We had monthly birthday celebrations for Grandma Rita's kids and grandkids. Mom was at the center of so many of these as an organizer or participant.
Sometimes, I felt I was forced to go. I am glad I was. I am glad I've shared so many wonderful experiences with most of you on this email. I am the man I've become thanks in part to all of you!
Celebrate Mom by celebrating your family. Celebrate Love. I didn't pick my family. I could have done so much worse!
In Mom's words, Love and Hugs

A day that will live in infamy occurred 80 years ago. My thoughts and prayers to the families of all who lost that day.
