Your team shouldn’t have to guess if they’re winning. 🙌

Give them a number. Give them a target. Give them something they can look at and KNOW… today was a win.

Your team can’t execute a goal they don’t understand.

It’s not enough to hand your team a revenue goal and tell them to go hit it.
