Sorry for the bad news but there is no NEW Stimulus Check going to be issued. The Internal Revenue Service has not announced a universal $2,000 direct deposit for every taxpayer in February 2026. There is no new stimulus program or automatic payment approved for all Americans. Any nationwide payment of that size would require Congress to pass a law and the President to sign it. As of now, no such legislation has been enacted. Please share so people can be informed.
