The Texas Sales Tax Holiday is this weekend, August 7–9!

Here's what you need to know:
✅ Most clothing, footwear, school supplies, and backpacks under $100 are exempt from sales tax, with no limit on the number of qualifying items you can buy.
✅ Shopping in-store, online, by phone, or by mail all qualify, as long as payment is completed during the weekend. Layaways and special orders count too!
✅ Delivery and shipping charges count toward the item's total price. A $95 item with a $10 shipping fee totals $105 and is fully taxable.
✅ Items $100 or more, jewelry, handbags, luggage, computers, software, and sport-specific gear like cleats and football pads are not exempt.
