I built The Youngblood Group with my sister Hollie because I wanted to work with someone I trusted completely. That turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made.

The women in my life (personally and professionally) have made me better at every single thing I do. Full stop. Today and every day, I don't take that for granted.
