Nurses pour into everyone: patients, families, coworkers, often leaving ourselves for last.
But when we choose to refill our own cup, we don’t become selfish…
We become stronger, clearer, and more present for the people who need us most.
Taking care of yourself is how you keep showing up for everyone else.

Second Corinthians reminds us that we have the power to take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ (2 Cor. 10:5).
Not every thought deserves a seat at the table.
Fear. Doubt. Limiting beliefs. Old labels.
Just because it shows up in your mind doesn’t mean it gets to lead your life.
When I learned to challenge my thoughts instead of agreeing with them, everything started to change my faith, my discipline, my confidence, my results.

Exhausted in private.
Pouring into everyone else
until there’s nothing left for me.
But here’s the reminder I needed:
God lets us rest before He sends us back out.
You can’t change the beginning…
but you can start right where you are
and change the ending.
Because you were made for more,
even in the tired seasons.
