This business has grown into something that means so much to me, and I’m incredibly excited to finally have a place where you can see everything we’re building.

🎉 Exciting news—my Florida Remote Online Notary authorization is officially ACTIVE, and I am now accepting appointments!

Eligible documents can now be notarized securely online through BlueNotary—no driving or in-person meeting required. You can complete the process from home, work, or wherever it is most convenient for you.

All you need is:

A valid, unexpired photo ID
A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone
Reliable internet access
An electronic copy of your unsigned document

Remote online notarizations start at $25 total for one notarial act and one signer. Additional notarial acts, signers, or required witnesses may increase the total.

My mobile and traditional in-person notary services are still available too!

One of the things I’m especially excited about is eventually offering prepackaged school lunches and snacks for busy families, prepared ahead and delivered on Sundays so parents can start the school week with one less thing to worry about.

And of course, there are always the baked goods. Cakes, cookies and other treats are definitely part of the Legacy family too. ❤️

My goal with all of this is actually really simple:

🍎 Back-to-School Notary Services ✏️

Back-to-school season is already hectic enough without having to search for a notary while juggling registration, school shopping, appointments, work, and everything else your family has going on.

Legacy Home & Business Services offers convenient mobile notary services for back-to-school documents that require notarization, including residency affidavits, parental consent forms, guardianship documents, medical authorization forms, athletic paperwork, and other school-related documents.

As a mom with children in the school system myself, I understand how quickly deadlines approach and how difficult it can be to fit one more appointment into an already busy day. That’s why I’m happy to meet you at your home, workplace, or another convenient public location.

If you’re unsure whether your document needs to be notarized, feel free to send me a photo or description of the notarial section. I can let you know whether it appears to require a notary, although I cannot provide legal advice or determine which documents you need.

That’s why Legacy Home & Business Services offers laundry care through Dade City Laundry Co. Sometimes having one less responsibility on your plate can make an enormous difference.

We offer complete wash, dry, and fold service with pickup and delivery, but you don’t have to purchase the entire service. If you only need help washing, drying, folding, or catching up on a particular part of the laundry, we’re happy to customize the service around your needs.

Pickup and delivery are free within 10 miles of Dade City. We’re also happy to travel farther for an additional distance fee.
