⚾️❤️ Nothing beats a night at the ballpark with great people! ⚾️

Such a fun night with the NWI Tax Group and all of our families cheering on the RailCats from the suite! Great baseball, lots of laughs, delicious food, and even better company. 🧢🍿

So thankful for nights like these that bring work families and our real families together! ❤️⚾️

Per Gov Braun:

I spoke with President Trump today about the severe storms and historic flooding impacting Indiana, and he informed me that he intends to approve our request for a Presidential Emergency Declaration.

I’m grateful to President Trump for his commitment to getting Hoosiers the federal assistance we need as we continue responding and recovering.

What does this mean for your taxes? Stay tuned for important information. Keep your receipts. Track your losses.

The NWI Tax office is CLOSED following the severe storms and tornadoes that moved through Northwest Indiana.

We hope our clients, families, and friends across NWI are safe. Our thoughts are with everyone in the community dealing with damage, downed trees, and power outages today.

Right now, the priority is taking care of yourselves and your neighbors. Please stay clear of downed power lines and keep the roads clear for local emergency and utility crews.

A quick note regarding tax relief: At this time, the storm has not been officially declared a federal disaster, which is required to claim certain federal casualty loss deductions. We are monitoring the situation closely and will share updates here if any tax relief becomes available for our area.

Stay safe, NWI!

“For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent." 📜✍️
When the Founders signed the Declaration of Independence, they weren’t just chasing an ideal—they were standing up against unfair burdens and demanding a voice. Today, we celebrate the courage it took to build a nation where the people have a say. Wishing everyone a happy, freedom-filled 4th of July! 🎆🇺🇸

Ever wonder why there's a pen in our logo? ✒️

We’re throwing it back to Mr. Timothy Matlack, the scribe who used an "iron pen" (iron gall ink) to hand-letter the Declaration of Independence.

One of our favorite lines he carefully inked? The rebellion against the King “for imposing Taxes on us without our Consent.” ❌💸

We love history, fair representation, and the power of putting pen to paper. Wishing you all a safe and happy Independence Day! ❤️🤍💙
