Small LLC businesses: TAKE NOTE. Reporting began January 1. Penalties for non-compliance are severe. Established businesses prior to January 1, 2024 have until January 2025 to report. New LLC businesses as of January 1, 2024 must report their information within 90 days. ANY CHANGES to your business must be reported within 30 days. Penalties range from $500 a day to jail time.
