Happy Boss's Day, Matt! 🎉

We asked our team to share a compliment or something funny about Matt Patrick, and this is what happened. (Spoiler: it was hard to keep it to one.)

Matt is the kind of boss who gets genuinely excited about doing something nice for someone else, who can turn any problem into a sports analogy, and who never misses a chance to feed the team. 🌮
He took a tiny office at Trinity and turned it into a firm full of people who love where they work, and he's never stopped making sure each of us knows we're appreciated.

Matt, thank you for taking chances on us, for the laughs, and for building something we're all proud to be part of. You've blessed a lot of people. We appreciate you more than a video can say! 💚

🎂 Happy birthday to the guy who never settles for "that's how we've always done it"... As COO of Patrick Accounting, Mike Shaeffer is always looking for the next way to work smarter, whether that's challenging a manual process or rallying the whole firm around some type of competition.

And while he's raising the bar, he's also cheering everyone on. 🤩 Big win or small one, Mike is usually the first to say "great job." Now it's our turn to celebrate him - thanks for all you do for our team, Mike. Hope today is a great one!
