🎸💖 JEM IS TRULY OUTRAGEOUS!!! 🎤✨

Okay, I’m REALLY showing my age with this one! 😂💕

Who else remembers Jem and the Holograms?! 🌟

I remember having the cassette tape, playing those songs OVER AND OVER, and singing along at the top of my lungs like I was actually part of the band! 🎶📼💃😂

And let’s be real… those songs were AMAZING! 🤘💕 Pretty sure I still remember all the words 40 years later! 😂

Bringing back all my favorite 80s and 90s characters this Halloween season, and having WAY too much fun doing it! 🎃💖

WHO ELSE GREW UP JAMMING TO JEM?! And who’s ready for HALLOWEEN?! 🎸👻🎤

THIS is what WINNING looks like. 🏆🩷

This week, we brought our team together for the SJCPA Retreat and officially introduced our theme for 2027:

WINNING.

And yes—Winning by Tim Grover is our theme book for 2027. If you haven’t read it yet, get it ASAP. 🔥

Because winning at SJCPA isn’t just about revenue, awards, growth, or being the biggest firm.

It’s about building a team, a system, and a firm capable of helping our CLIENTS win.

This summer alone, our BUILD • PROTECT • GROW® Roadmap helped identify more than $14 MILLION in tax savings for our clients.

Now we’re raising the bar.

BIG goals.
BIG resources.
BIG assets.
And BIG rewards when we win. 🏆

Our 2027 playbook:

🏈 Scale by Subtraction — simplify, focus and dominate what matters.

🏈 Operation Zero Unknown — no guessing. 100% clarity. Every play documented. Every process known.

🏈 Own Your Play — know your position, execute it with excellence and hand the ball off clean.

Because nobody wins alone.

One team.
One playbook.
Everyone owning their position.
Moving the ball down the field.
And helping our CLIENTS score.

That is what WINNING looks like at SJCPA.

2027—we’re not showing up just to play.

We came to WIN. 🏆🩷 🏈🏟️
