Here's a number worth sitting with. 80% of businesses never sell.
They just dissolve.
And most of the owners who couldn't sell had one thing in common. Their business was too dependent on them to be worth buying.
This episode of The Retirement Fiduciary, Adam sits down with Tiffany Helton of Cultivate Advisors dig into founder dependency, profitability, and how to build real enterprise value before you need it.
Worth a listen if you own a business and care about what it's actually worth. https://youtu.be/rd-5KmEQlzs?si=o2HqH7vT4RVXfc6x
