Please join us in congratulating one of our expert advisors, KJ McCarter! KJ recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati Masters in Taxation program. Not only did he earn the degree but he also achieved a 4.0 GPA! Congrats KJ!

Fred McCarter started ATC in 2003. Unfortunately, he did not live long enough to enjoy our 20 year celebration coming up next month.

In March of 2021, when he was 53 years old, Fred was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, a very aggressive type of brain tumor which has no cure and very few treatment options. Even though Fred traveled to Duke Brain Tumor Center for the most advanced and agressive treatments available, he passed away 19 months later.

Fred’s son KJ came to work at ATC right after his diagnosis so he could learn the business from his Dad. Next weekend, KJ and his wife Alex, are running in the NYC Marathon in memory of Fred and to help raise money for the National Brain Tumor Society.

It has been an action packed weekend at the in Renton, WA! It’s always great to hang out with our industry friends in beautiful locations across the US.

It was also a big win for the Mariners at the sponsored baseball game!

What an amazing week! A special thanks to the folks at NAFA for putting on such a great industry event.

We will be at the US Aircraft Expo in Raleigh this weekend. Hope to see you there!

ATC's founder, Fred McCarter, passed away in September of 2022 after a 19 month battle with Glioblastoma, a rare type of brain cancer. His wife, Lisa, and one of his sons, KJ, continue to work at ATC.

KJ and his wife, Alex, are running the New York City Marathon in November in honor of Fred and to raise money for the National Brain Tumor Society. They hope that the money raised will help researchers find a way to allow people with brain tumors more time with family and friends and eventually find a cure.
