A 401(k) plan can be doing a lot of things right and still have room for improvement.
Are employees actually using it? Are the fees competitive? Are you comfortable with how the plan is being monitored and managed?
Those are the things that can get overlooked when a plan has simply been running for years.
If you had to rate your 401(k) today, what would you give it: 10/10, or “I honestly have no idea”?

Your 401(k) works quietly in the background until it doesn't. If any of these signs look familiar, it might be time for a quick checkup before small issues become expensive ones. #401(k)

If Your 401(k) Could Talk...
"I'm still using settings from 2019."
"I haven't been reviewed."
"Your employees don't understand me."
"I could be costing you more than you realise."

Most employers genuinely want to help their employees prepare for retirement.
That's why they offer a 401(k).
But offering a plan is only one piece of the puzzle.
Many employees enroll without fully understanding how the plan works, how much to contribute, or how to choose investments. Others delay participating because retirement planning feels complicated or overwhelming.
Over time, those small moments of uncertainty can have a big impact on long-term financial outcomes.
This post is the start of a conversation.
In the coming days, we'll share practical insights on the questions employees don't always think to ask, the challenges employers often face, and what makes a retirement plan truly effective.
Because a great retirement plan isn't measured by whether it's offered. It's measured by whether it helps people build a more secure future.
Follow along as we explore what successful retirement plans look like beyond enrollment.

Regarding $SPCX coming to market in 15 minutes, should you buy the hype?
The history of IPOs would say to be very, very cautious.
Nearly every IPO falls in value from the initial open after the first few days of trading. Most broker dealers are restricting you to holding it for at least 15 days (or longer) if you buy today.
Just realize that.
