How many services are you double-paying for? We don't mean two accounts for the same service - but definitely take care of that! Double-paying for services can occur between more than one membership/subscription.

For example, as AI has expanded, the capabilities of each have increased and changed. Are you paying for three or four of these services, but really just need one or two now?

Set aside a time (quarterly is a good goal for most) to review your subscriptions and memberships. Understand what each membership covers so you aren't double-paying for services!

Over the summer, did you let some things slide? Between vacations, summer schedules, and spending time with friends and family, it's no surprise many of our clients play some catch-up in the fall.

One area you should double-check is accounts receivable. Automated reminders for this are a life saver, but a personalized check-in can go a long way.
