House passes Middle Class Tax Relief Act of 2010. Senate passed it yesterday. It will now go to the President to be signed into law. This is the tax plan that was negotiated between the President and GOP Leaders last week. It extends the current income tax rates for another 2 years, sets the estate tax exemption at $5 million and the estate tax rate at 35%. It also extends unemployment benefits for 13 months.
