Innovation – Before the internet, there was the interstate.

When he started his business in 1945, Clayton Scroggins understood that connecting with his clients was critical to building relationships. This was not going to be achieved by relying on phone calls alone. He knew his team could provide the most value to the doctors by hitting the road, conducting in-person visits conveniently at their offices. For the past 78+ years, our healthcare consultants have continued this tradition. Clayton very intentionally selected the location of our current office so that our management consultants had convenient access to all major highways as they traveled to meet their clients, making them more connected than ever before. While COVID-19 dictated a temporary pause on in-person client visits, our management consultants are back on the road again, giving our clients the face-to-face personalized service that has defined us for the past 75 years.
