Trinity provides professional medical and financial advocacy and guardianship services to seniors and the disabled of all ages. We address medical, environmental / living conditions, psycho-social, educational and vocational concerns in our assessment process. Our detailed assessment process is conducted by board certified Registered Nurses who create short term and long term strategic care plans. We maintain, coordinate, and execute care plans for each client, attending doctor’s appointments and taking action in health and wellness emergencies 24/7. Our Financial Advocates are accounting professionals who offer a variety of services which includes forensic accounting, routine bill payment, real estate management and home modifications. This is only a sampling of how we address the care related concerns of the clients we serve. We are experts at providing services designed to meet the requirements of “special needs trusts”. We work within the medical and financial constraints of our clients' circumstances to improve overall health, wellness and peace of mind to clients and their families.
