For both individuals and businesses, we hope to inspire a healthy relationship with money.

You're making money, but your cash flow still feels like it's running you instead of the other way around.

The Cash Flow Stabilization Program is 8 weeks, live and virtual, built to help you get ahead of your cash instead of chasing it. We'll work through your numbers, your risk points, and build you a real plan, not just theory.

This program is open to all business owners, but it was designed with businesses that have a physical location in mind, since that's where I see cash flow strain hit hardest and where it's most often overlooked.

Mondays, September 21 to November 9, 2026. Capped at 15 seats. $697 per seat. No application, just enroll and you're in.

If you're a GCMI client, check with them first, they're covering a portion of the cost for qualifying spots.

Funding is not a financial strategy.

Grants. Loans. Investor capital. All useful. None of it tells you how your business is actually performing.

Here is the trap. Cash injection hits the account. Balance goes up. Spending gets looser. Not because the business got more profitable, just because there is more sitting there to spend.

And if the cash in the bank looks good, most owners stop asking harder questions. Cash good means business good. Right?

Wrong.

Your bank balance tells you what is available today. It does not tell you why, how long it lasts, or what is quietly draining it underneath.

Your P&L and cash flow tell you the truth. The holes. The thinning margin. The expense creeping up three months straight. Funding can hide those holes for a while. It cannot fix them. And when it runs out, whatever was broken before it arrived is still broken, minus the cushion.

Here is the real unlock. When you are actually watching your numbers, you catch the leak while there is still time to plug it. And your funding lasts longer, because it is finally doing what it was meant to do, fuel growth, not patch inefficiency.

Hot take. Business owners are over reliant on funding and under reliant on building a sustainable business.

If you cannot tell me your business is healthy without checking the bank balance first, that is the real problem. Fix your visibility. The funding will go a lot further.

A line of credit can give you a nice cushion. But what happens when you’ve used the cushion and there’s nothing left to draw?

A line of credit can give you a nice cushion. But what happens when you’ve used the cushion and there’s nothing left to draw?

Your business may thrive during the warmer months because people are outside, walking around, shopping, and dining. But what happens when the weather turns cold and foot traffic slows down?

You may have a great month. But what happens when the next month doesn’t look anything like it?

You may be getting customers through the door. But are you generating enough cash to actually sustain the business?

These are the questions I believe small business owners need to be asking before the money runs out.

Because a grant can provide relief.
A loan can provide capital.
A busy season can provide revenue.

But none of those things automatically create a sustainable business.

That’s why I created the Cash Flow Stabilization Program.

My goal is to help brick-and-mortar businesses build something that can survive beyond the next grant, the next loan, the next busy season, or the next wave of foot traffic.

We’re talking about cash-flow forecasting, expense reduction, pricing, margins, revenue diversification, reserves, runway, and a real 90-day stabilization plan.

Because:

A capital injection can buy you time. It should not be the thing keeping your doors open.

Businesses sustained solely by capital injections are living on borrowed time.

And that is the problem I want to help solve.

You know you should look at your numbers.

So you open the app. Or the spreadsheet. Or your bank balance, sitting right there on your phone. You mean it, you really do.

Then something rises. A wave you can't quite name. Dread, guilt, or just heaviness. So you close it, and you tell yourself you'll look on Monday. And Monday becomes never.

That not-knowing costs you. Decisions you delay because you're not sure. Money that slips out somewhere you'd have caught in a week. The low hum of stress that costs more energy than looking ever would.

So you try to fix it. A budgeting app. A color-coded spreadsheet. Checking in every single day. More discipline. None of it sticks.

Here's why: it was never a discipline problem. It's a safety problem. Your nervous system learned to treat financial information as a threat instead of a tool — and you can't out-discipline a threat response.

That's what The Three-Number Snapshot™ Lab is for. Ninety minutes where you build a way of looking that's small enough, and safe enough, to actually keep doing. Three numbers. Once a week. Sixty seconds.

$197, and it includes a private 20-minute follow-up with me two weeks later.

The Clarity Lab - Aug 13, 11:00 AM–12:30 PM ET.

If you avoid opening your books because you're afraid of what you'll find, this is for you.

In 90 minutes together, live, you'll finally know your real numbers, in plain English.

You'll leave with a simple weekly routine that keeps you in control instead of guessing, and you'll actually see your cash flow clearly. No spreadsheets. No statements. No shame.

Because the goal was never to become an accountant. It's to stop feeling anxious about your own money.

$197, and it includes a private 20-minute 1:1 with me afterward to work through your specific numbers.

The room stays small on purpose. Register at the link in bio. 🤍

W is for Wealth — the eighth and final pillar of the C.A.S.H.F.L.O.W. Framework™. 🔑
A busy, profitable business isn't wealth — it's a job you own. Wealth is what happens when income gets a plan: profit on purpose, paying yourself, a real reserve, investing beyond the business, and building something that outlasts you.
Income feeds you now. Wealth frees you later.
That's all eight pillars. Save this — and start back at C if you missed the beginning. 🤍

L is for Leadership — pillar six of the C.A.S.H.F.L.O.W. Framework™. 🔑
Most owners manage their money when they need to lead it. Managing reacts; leading decides — you set the targets, call it before the month, say no on purpose, and adjust.
Your money is always following someone. Make sure it's you.
Save this and follow for the rest of the pillars. 🤍
