📢 World 📢 It is an honor to introduce you to Tyler Maslankowski, Assistant Vice President of Search!!! This is Tyler's second promotion in 2022, and it is a well-deserved celebration of his personal growth and commitment to hard work this year. The whole team is both excited for Tyler, and appreciative of all that he brings to our team, his clients, and his candidates. Cheers!!!

I have the honor and privilege to introduce you to our newest, Madam VP... Kim-ala Fisher!!

Dejavu? Maybe! We were just celebrating Kim's last promotion in December of 2021! Kim is conquering the world and keeping it light and fun along the way. Kim is a very valued member of our team by everyone, and her candidates and clients appreciate her as well.

Way to go, Kim, here on out referred to as Kim-ala, VP.

At Buckingham Search, we have an award for measurable exceptional production, called a "Royalty Bonus" which is a company-paid trip voucher. Today we announced that Kim Fisher received her second Royalty Bonus, Shannon Lynch received her second Royalty Bonus, and Tyler Maslankowski received his first Royalty Bonus. We can't wait to see where they each choose to go! Where would you go???

Kim Fisher keeps me busy with things to celebrate including her most recent promotion to AVP of Search!!! On top of Kim exceeding the goals we set for her, the goals she sets for herself, and blowing all company records out of the water, this is Kim's second promotion of the 2021 year and third promotion since the beginning of COVID when Kim joined the Accounting and Finance team. She does it all with grace, gratitude, and grit, all while making everything she does look effortless (which we know isn't the truth because she works her toosh off constantly). Congratulations, Kim, on a well-deserved and unsurprising promotion! TYTO, eat more steak tartar, and celebrate!

Our clients keep us busy and we are growing to continue to deliver on our promises to them.

We value our teammates a huge amount.

During the pandemic, we not only achieved our goal of not letting anyone go, but we gave everyone raises and increased commission rates. We also "mandated" a paid week off for everyone to focus on their mental health, to relax, or to visit friends/family.

We do not have a plan to return to the office and have an office in River West that some of the team visits a few days a week because they want to (because we like each other). Fully remote is an option.

We have an established client list that keeps us very busy, but all of our team is also encouraged to get new clients. Training, mentorship, and assistance available. We have a name in the market for what we do, and you can lean on our relationships and reputation.

We offer health, dental, vision, life insurance, and parental leave. We have an unlimited PTO policy and on months that we don't have a holiday, we offer a "Buckingham Day" which is essentially a day to get extra life items done. We are "closed" between Christmas Eve and the second of January so our team can enjoy the hard work they have done all year with their family and friends without worry.

We have a 401k and 401k match, and invest in personal development with a professional coach and personal finance training with a professional advisor.

What a week at Buckingham Search! Our newest recruiter got his first "Offer Accepted" just a few short days after he started with us. Also, our teammate Kim not only got a promotion to Senior (less than a year after her last promotion) but we also surprised her by letting her know that she qualifies for the Buckingham Search "Royalty Bonus" for a company-funded vacation! Big things happening and things aren't slowing down!

It's a Happy Friday indeed!!! We had 3 offers accepted, and one was for our newest employee, Emily's, candidate who was the first person she ever talked to at Buckingham Search... and... no spoilers... but Emily is getting another offer for another candidate of hers on Monday!!! First milestone of the year achieved early... so we climbed some walls! Looking forward to a productive and impactful year ahead!

We have enjoyed welcoming Jenna to our team. Jenna started with us 2 weeks ago and has already impressed us all.

From a town of less than one thousand people, Jenna packed up her life and moved to the big city of Chicago to start her career. Armed with a dual degree in Neuroscience and Psychology from Indiana University, recruiting already seems to be the perfect combination of challenging technical understanding and human interaction that Jenna excels at. She has quickly displayed a talent for helping professionals transition their careers in a low-stress and hands-on manner.

In her free time, Jenna can be spotted with friends at Chicago's new and exciting restaurants and attending interesting events. She is well traveled internationally, and wouldn’t pass up an opportunity to play a game of intramural softball or volleyball.
