* Program Dates: A limited-time amnesty period will run from July 15, 2026, through September 9, 2026.
* Benefits: Eligible taxpayers can pay past-due taxes with a waiver of all related penalties, interest, and collection fees.
* Eligibility: Covers unpaid tax liabilities for periods ending prior to January 1, 2024. Individuals who participated in the 2005 or 2015 programs are not eligible.
