Today reminded me when the housekeepers were on strike at Hilton. Us in management and Executive Office had to clean the rooms. I became a menace wanted to make sure that I was able to clean to perfection. We got a better understanding of how much work goes into things.

Life always prepares you for your next destination. So much of what I learn over those weeks of the strike was applied today.
