The WYCPM is a 12 month advanced leadership training for public managers. Accredited in 2010 at Laramie County Community College. and the U.S.

The Wyoming Certified Public Manager program is accredited by the National Certified Public Manager® Consortium. Formed in 1979, the Consortium establishes and preserves standards for the Certified Public Manager® designation. Thirty eight states, as well as Washington D.C. Virgin Islands belong to the Consortium and offer CPM programs. The goal of CPM programs is to improve the quality and efficiency of management in government.

The Wyoming Certified Public Manager (CPM) Program students meet every month for one year to hone their leadership skills and earn their nationally recognized CPM designation. This month's session focused on learning about Emotional Intelligence and Working as a Team, including a team building activity at Epic Escapes.
