Happy Labor Day Weekend!

In recognition of Labor Day, our office will be closed on Monday, September 7 so our team can enjoy a well-deserved day of rest and celebration.

Yesterday, our team came together for our Q4 Renewal Meeting to reflect on our progress, celebrate successes, and refocus on the values that drive MHP forward.

A special highlight of the day was recognizing two team members who exemplify what it means to live our core values:

🏆 Jake Forkner | Be Courageous
Jake was recognized for his willingness to speak candidly, challenge the status quo, and take bold action even when the outcome is uncertain. His courage to step forward, try new approaches, and make difficult decisions helps move our entire team ahead.

🏆 Alison Mueller | Be Each Other’s Champion
Alison was recognized for consistently showing up for others, celebrating teammates' wins, offering support before it's asked for, and ensuring every voice is heard. She reminds us daily that we're stronger together.

Congratulations, Jake and Alison! Thank you for leading by example and helping make MHP a place where our values are more than words, they're how we work every day. 💙

Our office will be closed from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., tomorrow, August 25, while our staff participates in our quarterly renewal meeting.

For our final act of service, we're celebrating the spirit of volunteerism.

Our partners and managers don't just lead within our organization, they also give their time, talents, and expertise to strengthen our communities by serving on boards, committees, and advisory groups across a wide range of organizations.

⛳🏆 What a great day at the Cheyenne LEADS Golf Tournament!

We were proud to participate as both a hole sponsor and tournament team this year. A big thank you to Cheyenne LEADS for hosting another outstanding event that brings together local professionals and community leaders.

We're especially excited to share that our team took home 1st Place! 🎉 Congratulations to our golfers for representing us so well on the course. We're grateful for opportunities like these to connect, collaborate, and support our community.

#24 Act of Service

MHP, along with volunteers from the community, volunteered to help stuff backpacks for the United Way of Laramie County’s 2026 Back-to-School Bash. Working together, the group assembled more than 300 backpacks filled with school supplies for local students attending the event, helping ensure they were prepared and equipped for a successful school year.

#23 Act of Service

🥞🤠 Giving back never tasted so good!

Our team was proud to volunteer at the Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast during Cheyenne Frontier Days, helping serve pancakes to community members and visitors from near and far. We love opportunities to support local traditions and connect with the incredible people who make Cheyenne such a special place.

This past Friday, our firm enjoyed a family night at Coors Field cheering on the Colorado Rockies! While a bit of weather delayed the start of the game, everyone stuck it out and was rewarded with an exciting Rockies victory over the Kansas City Royals. Thank you to everyone who joined us for a great evening of baseball, family, and team camaraderie. ⚾️💜
