Today, on Boss’s Day, I was surprised with some thoughtful gifts from my two wonderful Branch Office Administrators, Leelan and Elizabeth!!

While I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness, the greatest gift is having these two exceptional individuals by my side every day. Their dedication, hard work, and commitment to our clients never go unnoticed.

Leadership is both a privilege and a responsibility. I feel truly blessed to lead such an amazing team and equally blessed to have the opportunity to guide, serve, and make a positive difference in the lives of our clients.

Great leadership is never about the title. It’s about the people you have the privilege to serve.

Great trip to Chicago earlier this week, where I had the privilege of speaking to fellow financial advisors about retirement solutions and exit strategies for business owners and entrepreneurs.

It was a valuable opportunity to share strategies that have been successful in my practice while gaining fresh insights from other industry professionals.

My practice focuses exclusively on helping business owners and entrepreneurs develop strategic exit plans, maximize the wealth they’ve built, and transition confidently into retirement.

I had the privilege of attending an outstanding investment conference this week at PIMCO (Pacific Investment Management Company) in beautiful Newport Beach, California.

The conference provided valuable insights into some of today’s most important financial topics, including artificial intelligence, credit market stress, the evolving bond market, and wealth management strategies for business owners.

The depth of knowledge, expertise, and thought leadership shared throughout these sessions was truly impressive. Opportunities like this reinforce my commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of an ever-changing financial landscape.

Most importantly, I’m excited to bring these insights, perspectives, and innovative strategies back to my clients, helping them make informed decisions and navigate both the opportunities and challenges ahead.
