• Primary taxpayer full name (or full corporate name)
• Last 4 digits of SSN or FEIN

This service is available for returning clients only. If there are gap years in service, then we won’t be able to process an extension at this time. You are more than welcome to come and pick one up to mail yourself.

Extensions must be requested by you and are not automatic. Once you’ve submitted your request, we recommend checking in a few days later to confirm your extension was successfully filed and accepted.

Ashley Hall Tax Service / Pinnacle 1 is not responsible for any late fees or penalties due to extensions not being filed.
