Unfortunately, you are NOT alone. We still have taxpayers waiting for refunds, answers, or updates regarding their 2025 tax returns, and I completely understand how frustrating it is—especially when months have passed with very little information.

If you are still waiting, I strongly encourage you to create an online account with both the State of Michigan Treasury and the IRS. These accounts allow you to check the most current information available on your return, refund status, payments, and notices or letters associated with your account.
