Our favorite time of year is officially here!
We're teaming up with Reveal Resource Center again for their Share Your Blessings food drive, and I'm not going to pretend to be cool about it. I love this one. Reveal is hoping to feed 800 families this Thanksgiving, and we want to help get them there.
Here's the ask, and it's an easy one. Put a box in your office. Print the flyer, tape it to the box, tell your team what it's for, and let people drop things in all month. Boxed stuffing, instant potatoes, canned green beans, canned corn, mac and cheese, and something sweet for dessert.
When your box is full, message us. Parkhurst Consulting will come pick it up and run it straight over to Reveal. You never have to load your car or find the address. That part is ours.
One office fills a box. Fifteen offices fill a truck. That's how 800 families actually happens.
Message us and we'll get you the flyer to print.

One of life’s most important lessons:
The later in the day someone says “quick question,” the less likely it is to be quick.
Roy understands. We understand. You understand.

We’d all like opportunity to show up looking exciting, obvious, and preferably with a giant sign that says THIS IS IT.
Unfortunately, sometimes it looks suspiciously like work.
Thomas Edison may have had a point.
Opportunity: Terrible packaging.

You can make the plan.
You can organize the plan.
You can even color-code the plan.
And then Monday shows up with some ideas of its own. 😄
Today’s agenda: Adjust the agenda.
Because sometimes productivity looks a lot like being really good at Plan B.

Progress doesn’t always look like a straight line. Sometimes it looks more like two steps forward, one step sideways, and a brief moment of wondering what exactly you’re doing. 😄
But messy progress is still progress.
Keep going. You’re allowed to be a work in prog-mess. 💛

Being willing to learn and being willing to be taught are apparently two very different things. 😄
We’re all for learning, growing, asking questions, and getting better.
We’d just like to reserve the right to have a few opinions about the process.
Open to learning. Terms and conditions apply.

Some coworkers communicate with meetings, emails, and carefully worded Teams messages.

Others just make eye contact and immediately know what needs to happen. 😂

POV: Your coworker understood the assignment.

Some dreams are practical. Some are ambitious. And some feel just a little too big to say out loud.

Those might be the ones worth paying attention to.

Keep dreaming. Keep building. And don’t be afraid to raise the ceiling on what you think is possible.

Consider this permission to dream bigger.
