As entrepreneurs, we have a low tolerance for boredom and a high drive for opportunity seeking. It’s how we got here in the first place. The problem is it can also get us in a lot of trouble.

Boring is good. Boring means it’s working and there is no drama and no chance of a big miss. It means everything is working the way it should.

Boring in business is good if it’s working and repeatable. If you're not at boring and repeatable yet, keep working on it until you get there before you try something new. Otherwise, just like with landing a plane, the chances of a bad ending go way up!

Prospecting

Taking all these things together, it is very doable to double your profits, even in a relatively short amount of time. High profits should really be the goal of any business owner, no matter what business you’re in or where you currently stand on the journey!

Like anything else, it takes work, commitment, and a real desire to get there.

If you follow the steps, you can definitely get nearly any business to the point where you do, in fact, have more people wanting to work with you than you can even take.

For all the rest of us, it’s something to shoot for, and if we’re not there yet, then at least we know why we don’t have all the qualified leads we could ever handle.

Most business owners think growth requires massive change. But often the biggest results come from small improvements done consistently.

We know 2026 is over half over, but that doesn’t matter. The point is- start now! Review and update pricing, review and cut costs as needed right away, and then work on a plan to grow sales this year by at least 10%. Set monthly goals and monitor.

If you do these things, you will get these results. It’s just math! Let us know how it goes or if you are running into any challenges you want help with.
