2026 Mileage Rate Update

A quick reminder for our business clients: the IRS increased the standard business mileage rate midway through the year.

January-June: 72.5¢ per mile
July-December: 76¢ per mile

If you use your personal vehicle for business, be sure your mileage records include the dates the miles were driven so we can apply the correct rate at tax time.

We're hiring a Tax & Accounting Associate to join our office in Cardington. This role includes preparing tax returns, providing client support, and working alongside a team that genuinely enjoys what we do.

Here's what the position looks like:
• Part-time (24–32 hours/week) during the off-season
• Full-time during tax season (January–April)
• Flexible scheduling
• Competitive pay based on experience

We're looking for someone with tax preparation experience who enjoys working with clients, takes pride in producing accurate work, and wants to be part of a supportive, team-oriented office.
