Trump Accounts begin funding July 4th, 2026. If you submitted Form 4547 with your tax return, you should have received an email to finish setting up your account. Children under age 18 typically qualify for an account, and children January 1st, 2025 through December 31st, 2028 could be eligible for an inital deposit of $1,000 as part of the recent legislation.
