One of the most common thoughts when it comes to financial planning is "now isn't the right time" or "timing will be better in a couple of months". Those couple months turn into a year, that year turns into two, two turns into five, and then you are forced to look back and realize the missed opportunity you had then. The reality is that if you wait for the "perfect" time you won't ever be able to take the next step. My belief is that anytime is the right time to start planning for the future. The plan can start out small and grow into whatever it needs to be for your unique situation, but the first step is taking the opportunity in front of you.
