Если вы владельцы бизнеса, работаете на себя, и платили кому то кто вам предоставлял помощь, то вам необходимо подать форму 1099- NEC
Что такое форма 1099-NEC? В ней указывается вознаграждение выплаченное подрядчикам и поставщикам, не являющимся сотрудниками компании.

Ваше обязательство:
- подать в налоговую
- отправить копию подрядчику.
Все должно быть заполнено и отправлено до 31 января.
