Celebrating the year behind us with the people who made it happen.

Our holiday party was a great reminder of what we have built, and what we're excited to take into the year ahead.

Feeling lucky to be surrounded by such a talented, driven, and supportive group.

Its fun to look back and see your growth.

While it is easy to get caught up in all the bills, the obligations, the surprise curveballs in business, how you're going to make all your goals happen.

That is the gap.

While It is important to understand the gap and be aware of it, if you zoom in on it too much, that is a fast track to burn out! πŸ”₯

Then you zoom out and look back and see your track record.

You intentionally seek out some positive perspective and reassurance.

That is when you see all the GAIN.

Just realized a tax bill that stressed me out at the time and I couldnt afford to pay in 2019...

Is half of what comes in in a week now.

All of a sudden any current challenges dont seem so big.

You know you got this. You always did. You always do.

BUT! I didnt do it alone. To think of the person I was to the person I am now, it is night and day difference

The numbers are just a reflection of yourself!

That why I am never afraid to invest back into myself.

While there were some challenging times, I am grateful for all the mentors, coaches, and lessons I have learned.

While it can be scary to run towards a storm of discomfort, you know that is where the growth happens.

That is what got me here. πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘ŠπŸΌ

What is the next move you need to make, that you will look back on in 5 years and say you are glad you did?

You know that junk drawer in the kitchen?

Pens, sharpie markers, screwdrivers, papers, allen wrenches... the list goes on!

A lot of the time, I find people have a FINANCIAL junk drawer as well.

They may have some savings, some investments, maybe even significant assets or a successful business.

What they dont have is a cohesive strategy that ties it all together and makes sure their plan and their money works just as hard as they do.

They have graduated beyond the basic needs many advisors or financial professionals offer, and they value that relationship, but they dont know where to turn next.

What they need, is a plan that ties all these moving parts together, according to THEIR vision, goals, and specific needs, that is coordinated and integrated for their overall best interests.

When was the last time all the people you work with got in the same room, to make sure all the advice they are giving you, is the best it can possibly be?

Chances are, if that never happens, you are not positioned optimally, and there could be gaps in your strategy leaving dollars on the table now, or for your future self or family.

One of the best parts of working with my clients on their financial planning is getting to experience their journey with them.

I get to celebrate wins, help process and hold space during the losses, with people I deeply care about.

I swear I have so many "full circle moments" that happen in my business, i need to pinch myself frequently to make sure it is real!

Whether it be someone who I just met at a networking event who owns a bunch of businesses or real estate...

A mogul/pillar in the community...

An adult who knew me as a child who has watched me grow up and become someone they trust to turn to for help with their retirement..

Or a peer/friend who is finally ready to take that leap to the next level with their planning...

I am always equally grateful for the opportunity to serve.

It is not a duty that I take lightly, and my clients truly inspire me to be better every day.

There are days I want to burn it all down and go work at Mcdonalds (LOL JK) but I really couldn't think of a better, more rewarding business to be in.

One of my favorite parts of this business is how friends become clients, but more importantly, clients become friends. πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Happy Monday everyone!

This piece is tough to share, but it is important.

How I grew up and my life experiences are a big part of my WHY.

"The only thing we talked about when it came to money, was we don't talk about money."

I talk to people every day who tell me how refreshing it is to be heard, to feel informed and not be talked down to, to not be pitched a product on the first or second meeting.

Its because this is how I started.

In 2017, working as a sales rep at Verizon, I had maxed out my income and my impact and I wondered... what is next?

What could lead me to a greater calling?

Well...it eventually led me to the financial industry.

It has been almost a 10 year journey now since I first met with a financial services professional.

That ultimately led to me becoming one myself, and working up to be a fully licensed financial planner in 2022.

If you don't have a why that makes you cry, its not big enough.
