Starting with tax year 2026, you may be able to receive a federal tax deduction for charitable cash donations even if you take the standard deduction! 🎉

💰 Up to $1,000 in qualifying cash donations for individuals
💰 Up to $2,000 for married couples filing jointly

This is a new opportunity for taxpayers who don't itemize their deductions. Keep your receipts and donation records throughout 2026 so you're prepared when it's time to file!

📌 Important: The donation must be a qualifying cash contribution to an eligible charitable organization. Other rules and limitations may apply.

As we head into the September 15th and October 15th tax extension deadlines, our office hours will be temporarily changing so our team can stay focused and make sure every return gets the time and attention it deserves! 💚

🕗 Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🕗 Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

With the September 15th business extension deadline and October 15th individual extension deadline quickly approaching, we kindly ask that you get any outstanding documents or requested information to our office as soon as possible.
