Last week, our Buffalo team had the opportunity to support Journey's End Refugee Services through RJ Cares Day, partnering with an organization that plays a vital role in helping refugee and immigrant families establish new lives and opportunities in Western New York.

One of the things I value most about Raymond James is its commitment to making a positive impact beyond the workplace. I'm grateful to be part of a team and organization that genuinely cares about the communities around us.

Renee has a true passion for helping people. She's spent her career working in finance, where strong relationships and confidentiality matter every day. She understands how important trust is, and she takes great care in supporting both our clients and our team.

Renee is a Western New Yorker through and through — born in Buffalo, raised in Kenmore, and now living in Tonawanda with her husband Tim and their son John. She loves spending time with family, traveling, gardening, and staying active with tennis and pickleball. And yes, she's also a proud Buffalo Bills fan.

I treasure the moments I get to spend with my family. My son PJ is home for a well-earned break from his role as a Backroads Leader in Utah during the summer and a ski instructor in Colorado during the winter. Since his visits are rare, I'm especially grateful for this time with him and so proud of all he's accomplished on his adventurous path.

I love spending time with my family, and having my daughter Katie Walsh caddie for me during the 100 Holes of Golf last week was truly special. Thoughtful wealth planning has helped open doors for her to grow, learn, and thrive - and I'm passionate about helping my clients create those same opportunities for their own children. As we head into the holiday, I hope you enjoy every moment with your loved ones - those memories are the true return on investment.
