Our Offices Are Closed in Honor of Karen Ruth-Schneweis

Our offices are closed today as our team honors the life and memory of Karen Ruth-Schneweis, a longtime client who has been part of our business since the very beginning.

Karen was more than a client to us. Over the years, she became part of the McCloud & Associates family, and we are deeply saddened by her passing.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as our staff takes this time to honor her life, support her loved ones, and remember someone who has been part of our journey from the start.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Karen’s family and everyone who knew and loved her.

In loving memory of Karen Ruth-Schneweis.

🚨 Important Client Update from McCloud & Associates 🚨

We want to keep our clients informed regarding a few unexpected issues affecting our office.

Unfortunately, the company hosting our domain and server unexpectedly went out of business. As a result, our previous domain, website, and email services were shut down without notice, and we are currently unable to access our primary email accounts.

Please update your records and use our new email address immediately:

📧 [email protected]

Additionally, our office air conditioning system has unexpectedly failed during this stretch of 100°+ temperatures. To ensure the safety and well-being of our team, our staff is temporarily working remotely while repairs are being completed.

The fastest and most reliable way to reach us right now is by email rather than phone. Our team is actively monitoring our new email address throughout the day and will respond as quickly as possible.

Please note:

❌ Emails sent to our previous addresses will not be received.

We sincerely apologize for these unexpected inconveniences. While we’ve had a few challenges arise all at once, our commitment to serving you has not changed. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued trust as we work through these issues.

Same team. Same commitment. Just a new email address—for now.
