Here’s what these tax pros said:

1. Anyone who speaks in absolutes lacks the expertise they claim to hold. (Uh huhhh)

2. 🍎 to 🍊 (yesssss, simple but spot on)

3. An S-Corp is NOT a business entity, it’s a tax status. An LLC is a business entity type. (Bingo)

4. There is no one size fits all. (YEP, say it louder)

5. Doesn’t take into consideration the individuals situation. (The most straight-forward & accurate response w/o being cheeky lolol)

6. Giving blanket advice without any kind of due diligence = inaccurate advice (Precisely)

If you ever hear “an s-corp is always better than an LLC” come out of your tax pro’s mouth... run for the hills.
