We already work with non-profit organizations, both those that are existing and those not already formed. We help those that are still "just an idea" by forming their corporations (no matter in which state they are located) and file for their 501(c)(3) status with the IRS. Now, we have added Charity Registration services.
There is a lot involved in running a nonprofit. We will ensure your non-profit organization complies with all state laws it is registered with and we take care of the paperwork so you can focus on helping others.
