🚨 Florida Business Owners: Minimum Wage Is Increasing

Starting September 30, 2026, Florida’s minimum wage will increase to:

💰 $15.00 per hour

For tipped employees:
💵 $11.98 per hour + tips

Remember: If the employee’s hourly wage plus tips does not equal at least $15.00 per hour, the employer is responsible for making up the difference.

If you run payroll, now is the time to review your employees’ current pay rates and make sure everything is updated before September 30.
