đŁ Meet Matt Heinz, HR Manager of Payroll & Administration, and our second-longest tenured employee at 22 ½ years.
With more than two decades at EnergyCAP, Matt has seen the company grow and evolveâhis experience and positive presence make him an integral part of our team.
đź What he does: âA few of my major responsibilities include: running our companyâs payroll, overseeing employee benefits administration, compensation benchmarking, merit and bonus administration, and managing our corporate headquarters."
đž Cats or dogs? âDogs! My family has twoâa 10-year-old Black Lab/Collie mix named Sawyer and a 3-year-old Saint Bernard named Daisy."
đ Early bird or night owl? âThis is an interesting question. I would say both! My six kidsâ ages vary from 2 to 15 years old, and I know I would get very little done if I didnât wake up early. Our teenagers have activities that keep us up late, and I would hope I never turn down a conversation with them for sleep!"
