Customer Service Representative (Licensed Insurance Professional)

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our insurance office. The ideal candidate is licensed, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional service to clients.

Hourly pay varies with experience. Monthly bonus potential.
Responsibilities
โข Provide exceptional service to existing insurance clients
โข Answer client questions regarding policies, billing, and claims
โข Process client changes, updates, and renewals
โข Assist clients with insurance needs
โข Follow up on outstanding service requests and documentation
โข Maintain accurate client records and office systems
โข Work closely with colleagues to ensure a superior client experience
Qualifications
โข Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
โข Additional opportunity for Life & Health License
โข Previous insurance agency or customer service experience preferred but not required
โข Strong communication and relationship-building skills
โข Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
