NDLC Executive Director Matt Gardner had the honor of helping present the Lifetime Achievement Award to Al Grasser, retired City Engineer for Grand Forks, at UGPTI's Annual Awards Banquet last week.

Matt serves on UGPTI's Advisory Council alongside ND Public Service Commissioner Sheri Haugen-Hoffart, who also presented the award.

Congratulations to Al on this well-deserved recognition and thank you for 42 years of dedicated service to the City of Grand Forks and North Dakota!
